Is a fast growing registered firm of Estate Surveyors and valuers set up to render wide, thorough, comprehensive and professional real estate consultancy in the building industry.
It has professional experience spanning Property Management, Facilities Management, Estate Agency, Property and Plant and Machinery Valuation, Rating and Taxation, Project Management, Property Development and Auctioneering engaging in briefs that involve the management, development, valuation, sale and letting of different types of landed properties for different kind of uses like: commercial, residential, industrial and institutional while releasing their greatest value in term of returns on investment and their life span, structural and architectural sustainability through a robust property & facilities management efforts for both the public and private sectors.

Principal Partner

Is the principal partner of the firm, he holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) Degree in Estate Management from the University of Lagos. He was elected an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV) in 2021 and registered as an Estate Surveyor and Valuer by the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON). He is a versed and widely experienced Estate Surveyor and Valuer with experience cutting across all areas of the profession such as valuation, property management, sales, letting, facility management, project management, estate development, site acquisition and general consultancy.

ADEMAYOWA OLUWADAMILOLA OYEBADE. BSC, MNIVS, RSV
Management Team

Is an Estate Surveyor with over 5 years of on-field experience. He holds a B.Sc (Honours) Degree in Estate Management from Covenant University. An Associate of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV) and registered as an Estate Surveyor and Valuer by the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON). He has a wide range of experience in Estate Agency and Property Management. He has worked with reputable firms of Registered Estate Surveyors & Valuers, such as: J. Ajayi Patunola & Co and Yinka Okunusi & Associates. He is presently working in the firm at the Agency Department.

Management Team

Is a seasoned and committed Estate Surveyor who holds a Bachelor of technology (Honours) Degree in Estate Management from the Federal University of Technology of Akure, Ondo State. He is an Associate of the Nigerian. Daniel is a seasoned and committed Estate Surveyor and Valuer who holds a Bachelor's degree in Botany from University of Calabar and a Master's degree in Plant Taxonomy from the prestigious University of Lagos.Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV). He has worked with reputable firms of Registered Estate Surveyors & Valuers in Nigeria, having a versed experienced cutting across all area of the profession,

ONOCHIE FRANKLIN EMEKA B.Eng. Mechanical Engineeri
Management Team

Franklin is a seasoned and committed engineer who holds a Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Industrial Production Engineering Option) from the Federal University of Technology Owerri. He is a member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE). He has worked with reputable engineering companies, having versed experiences in various areas of the engineering profession.
