Consent & Title Perfection
This aspect involves the management of industrial, commercial, agricultural and residential properties.
The department is saddled with the day to day upkeep of the management of the properties through letting and re- letting of vacant space, serving of rent demand notice, rent renewal notice, rent collection and remitting same to the landlord and carrying out routing inspection on the properties in order to determining repairs (If any) in the buildings.
Whilst the facilities management handles not only the physical structures or buildings but also the maintenance of furniture, fittings, equipment, service charge administration and any other aspects that may likely cause danger to the facilities under our portfolio.
